NanoTrade as a member of NanoCON consortium Invite you to WORKSHOP
COMMERCIAL APPLICATION OF NANOTECHNOLOGIES IN CENTRAL EUROPE
Aim of the workshop is:
- To inspire and encourage companies and academic entreprenuers who are wishing to exploit
nanotechnologies and bring them to the market.
To give an overview presentation of the NanoCom project and discuss the most common development
barriers and examples of successful implementation and commercialisation of nanotechnologies in
practice..
- Pass on the experiences of several companies with commercial applications from basic research findings.
- Describe the solutions and routes for the improvement of commercial application of scientific research
results into industrial settings
- Provide current information on opportunities of cooperation and funding within Europe
- Describe the proper use of intellectual property as a basis for future success
This event is organized as an output of the FP7 NMP CSA NanoCom project entitled Lowering Barriers for Nanotechnology Commercialization via Open Innovation. A series of workshops encouraging commercialisation of basic nanotechnology research is being presented around Europe. The first workshop was held on 11th May 2011 in Cambridge, UK. Now ,for the first time a seminar is being run in Central Europe. Experts from different coutntries will be giving there views and opinions on this important subject.
